Third-party processors
- OpenAI — Powers Marco (GPT-4o). Conversations are sent to OpenAI's API under their Data Processing Agreement.
- Meta (WhatsApp) — Delivers WhatsApp messages to your phone number via the WhatsApp Business Platform.
- Google — If you connect Google Calendar, Google processes your calendar data under Google's Data Processing Terms.
- Neon (PostgreSQL) — Your data is stored in a Neon-hosted database. Data is encrypted at rest.
- Railway / Vercel — Application hosting.
Data retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. On account deletion, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data, correct it, delete it, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (Ireland): www.dataprotection.ie

Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account or contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
